nope but u can have really dark brown eyes. my brother does and u cant see his pupil at all his eyes r so dark.

I never thought so until I met a girl from Scotland.  Her eyes were indeed black.

well some >"professionals"< like to call it "black" while others call it "brown" because if u look closely to a "black" colored eye, you should see that it's slightly colored "brown"

Well in rare rare cases there is a condition called aniridia and the person would have no iris, and therefore just a black eye, but I have never seen it.

I know this is nitpicking a bit here but there are people who suffer a condition where they were born without irisis. Their eyes look black.
