Is bloody mary real ?

i was on the phone with one of my friends and he brought up the subject of bloody mary . i was right in front of a mirror thinking everything was fine . i said it more than 3 times , and my phone was so loud that people 3 feet away could hear . i went to bed because nothing happened . well , that morning i woke up with 2 new scratches , and then this morning i woke up with a scratch on my forhead . now im really scared , and im afraid to look in the mirror , or go to the bathroom . please help me .

do u have any animals with claws that could have scratched u while u where in your sleep?

I my self have tried the Bloody Mary ritual a time or two and I admit that a weird thing or two happend after but neve had any injuries to speak of but I don't know i could of done it wrong.
