i assume you mean for makeup colors........they can work but never together and dont apply to much or you can look like a clown lol!

If your NOT pale and if your ARE brunette then if you apply it right Blue can sometimes work.  Navy and brown eye shadow go good together and give you a smokey/s**y look.  I love the way green eye shadow looks.  I don't wear it often ( It's the like one color you want to match your cloths) only with a green sweater I have, but it's still a favorite.   I would not wear green and blue eye shadow  together.  Good luck!

P.S. If you have a darks light sparkle green, a goldy-bronze eye liner would go good.  I suggest "art liner"(it's by Lancome), It's very expensive But I can find it onsale for $20.  I love there gold and brown!

On your eyes, yes, especially if they are mixed with a goldy yellow, it gives you a dusky s**y look,

For the full effect get a nice tan and some bronzer, then its super duper gorgeous!
