I would mix the ketchup half and half with mayonnaise or salad cream.

it would be part of a meal. you would do much better making some sort of stir fry or putting the shrimp on top of a salad, etc.

well ketchup is a good thing to use but you need 1 more thing to mix in it horseradish and then you got a good cocktail sauce.

Yup.. super healthy -- low in fat, and pretty low in carbs (although ketchup does have some sugar in it)
