Is booking of freight in smalls in Indian Railways is discontinued?

A smalls consignment means those consignment that constitues less than a wagon load. Is freight booking in smalls discontinued or is still continuing. Can any one help regarding circulars / notification / orders from Railways, about this.

Small freight is now called LTL for less than truckload since we do not use wagons anymore.  Yes you can ship it on the railroad   or over the road or by air or by steamship.  Check www.PiggybackConsolidators.com and contact Andrew for help.
