    if you are talking about doing this as a diver underwater... i used to do this job and if you are using a wetsuit the only dangers are people turning on boats, infection from cuts, and also ear and sinus infections. if you are using a drysuit with a full face mask you will minimize to risk to "almost" none.

    feel free to ask any more questions if you are interested in becoming a diver.

    If you are talking about out of the water using a pressure washer in the boatyard then no it is not any more dangerous then cleaning a driveway or removing paint from a house just the risk of the pressure washer.

  4. Its not dangerous if you take the right precautions. This would include a respirator, goggles or face shield,gloves, possibly hearing protection if you are blasting, and the right clothes. Waterproof clothes, boots etc. It could be dangerous if the boat is not supported correctly.
