Hey guys i was just wondering if you eat bread everyday is that bad? because i eat it everyday but not with every meal hahaha. just for breakfast on the weekends. And for dinner also. Today i had a cheese sandwhich with yogurt and some orange juice for dinner. And no i did not put alot of cheese. Is this healthy? And no im not on a diet. I am 5'2 and wiegh almost 120 pounds. Which im pretty sure is not fat. what do you thik? I would greatly appreciate it if anyone would answer! thanks!
