Is breaker the magical warrior forbidden? and what spellcaster should replace him?

(i hav a wicked spellcaster deck, even though they keep banning cards)

breaker was just unbanned like a few days ago you can play one of him

i dont know if they have any other cards that destroy spells or traps when theyre summoned

but they gotto have somthing like that affect

Breaker became unbanned on Monday Sept.1st.

You can now use 1 per deck. Another spellcaster that is useful is Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress.
