  1. yepp it gives you energy throughout the day. and it helps your brain function better even just a simple banana is good.

  2. yes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it immediately boosts your metabolism higher, and plus, you won't be as likely to eat so much junk later.

  3. Yes, it is. It keeps you feeling fuller throughout the day.. and it gives you energy.. and boosts your metabolism.. i say dont skip breakfast.

  4. I would have to disagree with this comment, and everyone else who has answered thus far. I believe that the first meal of the day is the most important meal of the day. Whether this be one's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or whatever other meals one may eat. A few have posted that this builds your energy for the day and things of this nature...I ask you this, What if I wake up energized, shall I really add extra energy to my routine, I for one prefer to wait till around 1pm to eat lunch (my most important meal of the day) this is a time where your energy you accumulated during your nights sleep begins to disappear, what a perfect time to add more energy! I take this one step further, think of people living in third world countries...can you honestly tell me that if a person living in said countries were to not eat breakfast, lunch, dinner for days on end and the first meal they were able to receive happened to be 7 hours after being awake, this meal means nothing to them?! This is the most important meal of this persons day, for that matter, maybe the most important meal of this persons week or even month! Another thing I find interesting...athletes...often times before a big event, the night before they eat a large pasta dinner, now maybe they have a little something that following morning, but they put the importance on the pasta they ate the night before, this making a very odd turn of events, the most important meal of this athelets day, happened the day before! Now I could go on and on, on this subject, yes for many people breakfast may be their most important meal, but for myself and probably a lot of other people out there, that do not eat breakfast, it means nothing to us. Lunch becomes the most important, or sometimes if I'm busy I don't eat until dinner (by all means not a healthy choice), but when push comes to shove my dinner has ultimatley become the most important meal of the day, what do you want me to do? Starve myself till I can eat breakfast again!!!
