Yes. It most certainly is...ir Rained and rained and bloody rained. All it ever does.

In this part of the North West of England it has always rained a lot but now it seems that everyone else is sharing it now.  We already had webbed feet here now we need water wings.  

The next thing that will happen, there will be an announcement on the television that there is a water shortage.
