Just got my BT Vision on Friday.   For someone who is not bothered about the range of sky programmes, its fantastic.  Have you checked to see if you are coupled up correctly?  Also is your bandwidth etc adequate to run the on demand.  Hubby and daughter in their element with the free content and its potential.  This service (IPTV) is the future.  I attended the CES exhibition last year and everyone wanted to know about IPTV.  Watch this space as it will take off big time.

We had a few problems to begin with but it has worked fine now for more than six months, in saying that I think i preferred Sky. I find bt vision slow and the on demand content on the whole is rubbish.
