I'm not asking about shipping or time frames. I'm asking about quality. I mean, how do you really know?

Most on-line food stores carry liability insurance.  The business is inspected every year by the Health Department and all the products are up to code.  So to answer your question, yes, the quality is there.  Whether you actually like the product remains up to you until you try it.
