  1. Its safe :) paypal doesnt charge you anything, just the seller a low fee

  2. i hate buying anything from ebay

  3. it is okay 2 buy stuff from ebay and paypal is where you buy sumthing using ur paypal car and someone else pays for it then yo have to pay them back when you get the money its just lke a credit card

  4. Hia...

Make sure that the makeup you are going to buy has something like 'BNIB' (brand new in box) or just 'BN' (brand new)

Used makeup is a surefire way to get an infection, but who would sell used makeup?

Ebay is quite reliable... make sure the user you buy it from has a good rating, and not too many negatives.

Paypal will NOT charge you anything for using it. Paypal is just a way to pay for things online.

    Hope I helped. =D

  5. dont buy make up on ebay unless it is SEALED.

buying things offline is totally safe as long as it is a legit site and as long as you check it out and make sure it is for sure legit.

you can get NYX eyeshadow from like Rite Aid.... check online. you dont need ebay to get those. they are like 3 dollar eyeshadows here in USA

ebay works well if you know how to use it. if you dont know how to use it, you may end up paying a lot more then you should be paying. it only charges you if you SELL things on ebay. to buy things, you only pay the cost of the item. a tip: wait until the item has only like 5 minutes left for the  bidding and then place the HIGHEST bid you will pay. otherwise, other bidders will just top you and the price will go up and up and up.....

paypal is just a way to transfer money from person to person on ebay. kind of like a bank account....

  6. eBay is amazing! But there's always someone that is out there to con someone else.. But  they can be reported, and this happens vary rarely, especially with make-up!

I'd suggest reading the description of any make-up you find and want; it should say whether or not it's used or new, in the case of make-up I think it is generally all new!

Don't forget to look on other sites of cost and postage to see if you can get it cheaper.

Paypal is just a way of paying for your product. You will need to look up information on eBay and register credit cards etc etc

  7. Buy it from a powerseller on eBay, not someone who only sells make-up now and then. And go for something that's near the price of what the make-up is in the shops. I mean, yes, go for a discount but if something's $30 normally, nobody's going to sell it for $5, whatever they claim. It's most likely to be fake.

Ebay's good, but you have to be careful not to be ripped off. Check their feedback... make sure nobody says anything like, "it's been watered down," or "it took ages to arrive" (cheap stuff from abroad!),"it's fake," because they're probably right.

And no, Paypal doesn't charge you to use it, just register your credit/debit card and you can pay directly off there. Paypal makes its money by taking a small amount off the seller's final sale price, not from the buyer. Paypal is also safe because you can claim your money back from the company if you do happen to come across a 'dodgy' seller who doesn't send your stuff.

I'd definitely go for it... just don't be fooled! If things seem too good to be true... avoid!

    Good luck!

  8. i like ebay. just ask the seller any questions that you may have...like is the makeup sealed...paypal does not charge the buyer. it is a safe way to pay for things.

  9. Check the seller's feedback (comments left by other buyers) to see if they are satisfied with the product.

Most makeup on eBay is legit. Be sure in the item description, the seller indicates that it is NEW and SEALED.

I have bought a lot of MAC makeup on eBay from several different sellers and it has all been perfect.

Paypal is just a safe method to send money via the internet.

  10. it's really safe..

just look at the feedback of the seller

    if it's over around 98 - 100%...

then u can buy it without worry

i've bought stuff from there and they work fine =)

    hope this helped >=)

  11. i think that you should make sure what you are buying is unopened...

if you have doubts, it might make both of you happier to go to NYX's website... here...http://www.nyxcosmetics.com/Main_Pages/P...

    sorry, idk about paypal. :(

  12. Ebay is relatively safe, if you pay through Paypal and don't like the product or it doesn't arrive you can put in a Dispute with Paypal and get your money refunded so I would consider that pretty darn safe.

I only used the Dispute twice and got my money back both times.

btw I don't thinkyour allowed to sell used makeup on Ebay but you can ask the Seller before you put in the bid.

  13. no it is not.

  14. well one of my friends by like every thing from ebay but  i have another friend that thinks ebay is so dangerous

  15. It will not cost you to use paypal - it is free. Watch out for the odd seller who tries to charge you for using paypal though - don't buy off them. As for buying makeup, always check the description, feedback and look at any photos they have. Don't buy off people with low/bad feedback or where there is no item description.

  16. I've never had a problem with ebay.  If the eyeshadow is still packaged/sealed I'm sure it's fine. Paypal is safe.  I don't think it charges an extra fee for buying, but selling it takes a percent of the money made.  Good luck.

  17. It's safer to find a real webshop, possibly by using pricerunner.com and similar services but I've never been scammed when buying on ebay.

Paypal makes sure the moneytransfer is safe and i think they charge you a little (not enugh to be mentioned) for exchanging the money from aud to usd.

  18. No it is not safe you can get all kinds of infections. Think about that.

  19. As long as its not open. Make sure it sealed and new.

  20. if it's not opened or used, then yeah, ebays great!

  21. wel i buyb stuff from ebay but not makeup cuz ppl could do stuff to it...
