Is buying things through some home shopping site in particular through www.homeshop18.com a good idea ?

I never bought anything before from home shopping, but now i want to buy a good web camera through it. I don't know about the quality of their products . The homeshop18 is a reputed company , their adds comes on tv channels, but do they really offer what they present? i mean the features of the product shown on tv or site are same or not. Plus the additional accessories shown as free are delivered or not?

Any other information regarding the quality of products is most welcomed. Also any other site through which i can buy web camera but deliver cash on delivery only?

Do your research on the product you are interested in, some of there products are very good , while others are so-so, so choose wisely in which one you want to buy/
