Is cabo san lucas mexico hot in december?

Hola.  Hot is a relative term.  In December, all the Canadians coming from -30 degree weather would say Cabo is hot.  Those coming from LA might think its not so hot.  

I personally think its lovely in December, the days are hot enough for shorts and tanks and the nights can be cool enough for jeans and tshirts.
