This person said I can call and talk to her once a week, sometimes I call and leave a message more than once in a week, because she has not returned my call. Is this harassment?

  1. Yes, it is. If this is an old girlfriend stop immediately, and find another squeeze. But I don't know that, so I'm not accusing you. It just seems odd that you are only allowed to call this person once a week, and she never calls back. You could be like, sitting on a stack of dynamite, so de-fuse it, if that is the case. But I don't truly know the case, since you didn't say.

  2. Not unless she has told you to stop and you refuse to do so...if you continue after she "officially" tells you to stop, that's harassment.

  3. Yeah...one message is enough.  Take the hint.

  4. I guess if the person says it is then yes it is.

  5. Is this a trick question??  It may be like what part of no don't you understand.  If you are asked not to call more than once each a week and you can count to one then stop at one call.  If she doesn't call you back then take the hint and stop calling her.  You seem nice, spend your time calling someone who will appreciate your attention.

    Good luck.

  6. Yes and no.  This is kind of tricky.  For one, you indicated she said that you could talk to her ONCE a week.  By you leaving more than one, you are "violating" her instructions.  If she wants to speak to you, she will return your call.

However, she has not contacted you to tell you to stop (I am assuming).  However, if should would inform you to stop and you continue, then, I see where it would technically become harassment.

  7. Its harassment if they say not to and you keep doing it.

  8. why call them at all if they are not going to return your calls
