  1. well he is probably rated, but he did under perfom last year he is a big guy and has the skills. but he plays for the lion so he has that against him.

I would be happy with that squad at WR

  2. Calvin johnson is going to be a beast this year! Not just saying that because i'm a lions fan. If he stays healthy He will put up housh-like numbers from last season. If you have seen any of the lions preseason games this year so far, he will be the main guy! here are some numbers for you. the first two preseason games.

    Kitna 6-7 106 yards 1 TD

    Johnson 4 catches 76 yards

less than one quarter of play

    week 2

    Kitna 3-3 78 yards 1 TD

    Johnson 3 catches 78 yards 1 TD

    one drive

I challenge anyone to tell me he won't be good or even great this year! barring injury of course.

  3. Calvin Johnson is overrated in my opinion.  Roy Williams is the go to guy in Detroit.  Plus the Lions have Mike Furrey and Shawn McDonald, so I don't think Johnson will be much better than he was last year.  However, I would be pretty content with your WR lineup.  Jake Delhomme, Steve Smith and the Panthers are back this year.  That powerhouse offense we saw a few years ago when Carolina went to the Super Bowl is back.  I think Steve Smith will have a very productive year.  Andre Johnson always seems to find a way to make a big catch every game so I think he'll put up good numbers this year as well.  But I don't like Calvin Johnson or Jericho Cotchery.  Try to pick up another WR just in case.

  4. a little because he has a really bad QB

  5. Ummm...It's tough to say.  Almost everyone picked him to be rookie of the year last season, and it didn't work out so well.  If you watched some of the Lions games you could tell that he and Kitna were just not on the same page.  I'm sure that they'll smooth those problems out and Johnson will have a good season this year.  Although the Lions may run it more...So be wary of that.

Pretty good WR corps...They'll bring in consistent #s every week.  Not very fantastic numbers, but consistent.  And that's what you want in fantasy.
