  1. Good fats are like avocado and nuts. These are complex foods and take time to digest and consume... slow release fat... The oils are more readily absorbed... I wouldnt be calling them good. As for mayo.. we tend to use too much...

  2. Olive oil is way better because it won't make you fat.

  3. Neither would be considered a good fat.  Canola oil isn't too bad but it lacks the amount of omega fatty acids some others have.

    These are the good Oils:

    Olive Oil

    Fish Oil

    Flaxseed Oil

Another pretty healthy fat to throw in your diet is nuts.

  4. canola oil= bad aft... mayo-- a bulk

  5. what is the question again

  6. Canola, yes, because it is vegetable-derived.  Mayonnaise, no, due to the high cholesterol content (from the egg).

  7. I'm not sure about the initial question; however, Kraft has a new Mayonnaise that is made with Olive Oil and it's THE BOMB!!!

  8. idk

    lil mama drama

  9. canola oil is good fat and i would use no fat miracle whip
