Yes it's just better for you then vegetable or corn oil.

It is made from canola plants, but works just the same. We always use it in our home.

Kind of.   You can substitute one with the other.  Canola is just a specific kind of seed oil.  But I think they taste the same in any recipe.

they are differant but are interchangable,canola comes from th rape seed.which is pressed and extracted via centrifuge..
