No, your depending on random number generation with many shuffles and several decks.  You can't even rely on them being random and the shuffles will throw the count completely off.

I have heard of SOME online casinos that simulate virtual shoes, however the penetration is so poor it makes card counting impossible, typically online casinos essentialy shuffle after every hand, or all cards dealt are randomly generated, effectively simulating and infinite number of decks with 0% penetration.

In short, it is not possible to gain an edge by counting cards in online casinos.
