Is cat pink eye contagious, cat to cat?

People say that pink eye is highly contagious to catch from another human, so would it be the same case for cats? My cat has pink eye, so can my other cats catch it easily?

  2. YES! Very contagious, even to you, immediately take your pet to the  vet. Then wash anything it may have been on!!

Take him to the vet and get the RX needed and keep him away from other animals until it is cleared up. After touching or medicating your cat, make sure to wash your hands very well before touching your eyes

  6. Yes, cat to cat.  Cat to human and vice versa.  I adopted a kitten many years ago.  I was treating him for pink eye when I took him home from the shelter.  I caught it from him and had to treat myself for the infection as well.
