  1. generally a cell membrane is a thin layer around a cell that cannot hold a firm shape usually made of lipoproteins, however a cell wall like in plants is thick and can hold a cell to a specific shape and is usally made of cellulose :D

  2. No.

A cell membrane is a flexible membrane composed of a double layer of phospholipids. It physically separates the cytoplasm from the environment but is selectively permeable (meaning that the membrane can let in specific things). All cells have a membrane.

A cell wall is a rigid barrier that provides mechanical support for the cell. There are several types. In plants the cell wall is primarily composed of cellulose. In Bacteria peptidoglycan is a major component. The cell wall is located outside the cell membrane. Not all cells have a cell wall.

  3. All cells have a cell membrane. It is made of phospholipid bilayer. Animal cells do not have a cell wall. Plant cells have a cell wall made of cellulose, and fungi have cell wall made of chitin.
