  3. No. You go to the Department of Human Services, and ask about the Childcare Program. They work through daycare centers and will also pay a private babysitter if they agree to participate in the program. You have to qualify. You pay according to your income, and might not have to pay anything at all.

  4. No its not, but some city's have Child Care services, if you apply and are eligible for Welfare then you may be eligible for child care support.

  5. Not here in Minnesota, but there are programs like childcare assistance that will pay a portion of your bill. It is based on income. You only qualify if you are searching for a job, currently working or going to school. You would apply the same place you did for medicaid.  

  6. medicaid is for health and dental. You may have a daycare assistance through you local social services. I was helped for 6 months by daycare assistance. I live in richmond, va. food stams, day care assistance, medicaid  and WIC are all seperate and seperate applications.
