Is china (the ceramic material) recyclable?

If so, is it an easy process? Are china recycling services available to most people?

If you break it, you can make beautiful mosaics with it.  Just mix some cement or plaster of paris and set it in a mold and wait to dry.  They make good stepping stones or you can put them in cement on a garden wall.  I have seen some beautiful designs like this.
