  1. idk

  2. when you go to China, it is healthy cause it is fresh and doesn't contain any preservatives. but if you eat overseas Chinese food, it is slightly dangerous cause I heard that exported Chinese ingredients and condiment contains many harmful preservatives like for example, exported tofu, rice noodles and dried ingredients and condiments contains formalin which is used to preserve the body of a dead person and use in cigarettes. and sometimes, exotic Chinese food are also harmful for you, for example, Grilled chicken intestine, dirty insects like cockroach, chicken lung.

  3. Yes, yes it is. It's loaded with trans fat and sodium.

  4. If you go to a Chinese restaurant, yes.

If you go to a Chinese home, no.

I asked someone, and he said that Chinese people find Chinese restaurant food as too sweet (but that may be him).

It depends on where you go and what you order.  Saying one ethnic cuisine is bad, as a whole, is pretty irresponsible, because everyone in that country eats that, so you're pretty much saying that an entire country of people are wrong in their dietary choices.

  5. im not sure if its Bad..but most people get sick cause its from a diffrent country and there not used to it..but idk...

    I LOVE CHINESE FOOD!!!

jade garden in Eau claire rocks!

    ~love brooke

  6. YES, because they are too greasy, too much salt in it and they contain MSG which is really bad for your health.

  7. Well.i've been eating chinese food for two years an nothing bad has happenned to me. so i guess not. but chinese food is as bad as any fast food restaurant.

  8. Yes, it has loads of calories, sodium and fat. Especially things like sweet and sour pork/chicken and even general tsao's. Many studies have shown that chinese food is the worst thing you can eat if you are trying to live a healthy lifestyle. But it's sooo good - haha, so every now and then won't kill you!

  9. depends on what u choose. if u go for things like sweet and sour (lots of colouring, sugar, fats etc) or fried rice noodles (restaurants like to use loads of oil so it looks more appealing) then yes.....

the healthier options are probably steamed stuff (if they offer any), or braised meats. or if u must have fried/saucy stuff, here are a few tips for 'better' options:

    - have fried thin noodles rather than the thick ones (they were made with more oil in the 1st place and the surface area's bigger so more frying oil stick on too)

    - dont go for dishes with lots of sauces, eg, instead of chicken in lemon sauce, go for chicken stir fry with pineapples

    - always go for the boiled veggies with oyster sauce on the side rather than a stir-fried veggies

i guess in general chinese takeaways like to offer fried or saucy stuff, cos they're super quick to make - convenient for making it to order. but i hope the above tips help!

if u dont eat chinese takeaway everyday it wouldn't be considered bad to have a nice fried thick rice noodles with beef!! (i dont want to scare u with how many calories are in that but it's just soooooooooo good)

  10. Well it can not be good for you. you can go to a place that serves it for 1.25 a scoop but what can you do it is good

  11. it depends what you order but i dont think they are bad for you. they full you up likem heck if you find a really good chinese restrunt to eat in.

  12. well only if ur pregnant but it might also be for everybody bcuz most of it is raw so i dont know

  13. idk but i LUV it!

  14. It can be full of sodium and lots of times has MSG which adversely affects some people.  Personally I love Chinese food. Everything in moderation but sometimes you just have to go for it.
