McDonald's has sold their interest in Chipotle as of 2006.  It seems that Chipotle is trying to be socially responsible via architecture of its restaurants and through its food.  It supports family farms (Niman Ranch in CA) and uses chicken that have been raised with no antibiotics.  It is not affiliate with Taco Bell.
