Do you mean better for you? Well, it's lower in fat, usually made with 1% milk. But it has Way more sugar than whole milk. The saturated fat content in whole milk probably makes it the less healthy choice.

Chocolate milk has more sugar in it, but the kind you buy at the store is normally 2%, so it has less fat. If it gets you to drink more of it, than thats a good thing, right????
