Question:

Is circumcision the only answer :(?

I'm 15 and have phimosis when erect. I have been stretching with cream for months. In NZ hardly anyone is circumsised - plus the girls all prefer uncircumed when ive asked them. Basically I do not want to be circumsised.. My two different urologists havent suggested a preputioplasty or partial circumcision. Would these be viable options? Why hasnt my doctor suggested them, and how can I try get these instead?

  1. Check phimosis.com.au and other sites about different methods of stretching. Circumcision is definitely NOT the answer. Preputioplasty is a minor procedure that works if stretching doesn't; your doctor is remiss in not knowing about it.

The cost of circumcision is more than the dollars. There is a cost in depriving you of an important part of your sexuality. The f******n is meant to slide back and forth during intercourse, and give pleasurable sensations. And the glans of circumcised men gets keratinized(desensitised) over time. Circumcised men have to bang away frantically to get even part of the sensations avaliable to uncircumcised men, And don't believe the BS about doing it for hygiene reasons. Ten seconds is all it takes to wash oneself daily. You will smell better as well.

    Check out these n Google:

    Mothers against cicrcumcision

    Doctors opposed to circumcision

    Catholics against circumcision

    Muslims against circumcision

    Jews against circumcision.

(There doesn't seem to be a "fathers against circumcision group".   I may have to start one!)

Uncircumcised and thankful it was left to me to decide for myself.

  2. Circumcision is not the only answer but it is the best answer. The preputioplasty is a half-assed answer, because you can still have problems later in life with the f******n even tho' it has been altered  by surgery. I doesn't look very attractive either. You should not bother doing a survey of what NZ girls like. None of them have a p***s, but you do and you need to talk to guys that have  been circumcised to see what they think.

I have never known any guy who was circumcised as an adult who was not delighted with the "cut" result. Many married men will attest to this after a period of misery with a f******n that tore, got infected or allowed infection to invade the glans. You are protecting yourself and your partners by getting cut. This cuts down on your susceptibility to human papilloma virus which is implicated in cancer of the p***s  and cancer of the cervix.

I was circumcised myself at age 26. I was delighted with the improvement in my s*x life then and I still am now. That little bit of skin that you will lose is really a remnant of the sheath that lower animals have to hold their p***s inside the body. Primates(apes, monkeys and humans) have an "exserted" p***s on display at all times. All your f******n does right now is prevent irritation from clothing and sunburn. In addition your forekin is causing tightness which is painful. Be brave, get cut and don't look back. it is great.

  3. what side of the world are u on...... most girls in america prefer circumcised.

  4. I'm pretty sure the only way is circumcision, thank god I'm american and circumcised :) circumcision prevents a lot of problems. phimosis for example ^^ lol.

  5. wow you're having s*x at 15? yikes!

anyway dont circumsize, f******n is natural and hot!

Just look for a girl who isnt as bitchy and picky about f******n..

  6. being  circumsised is much cleaner, then you don't have to worry anymore about skin issues.

  7. Nope, circumcision is most certainly not the only answer.  Many people your age still do not have foreskins that completely retract.  Keep on stretching it; it will continue to loosen as you get older.

If you don't wish to be circumsized, then you don't have to be.  But you may have to continue to work at this until your f******n loosens.  There are other people who can give you far better advice about it than I can, so I'll leave it to them.  Just know that there are other options!

    Good luck!

  8. get circumcision. its the best thing. you can get a bad infection from the folds on your p***s.  and the ladys dont digg it lol.   well get it. it keeps you cleaner. :]]

    good luck

  9. Unfortunately for you circumcision is the only real and long term solution. You have already proved this for yourself with your fruitless stretching exercises.

You will see that it really is better and much nicer.

Partial 'circumcision' or the dorsal slit look terrible. Then you are stuck halfway in between. Just take the plunge and get circumcised. There is a reason why muslims, jews and royalty all choose circumcision.

  10. Get circumcised.  its the best thing you can do for yourself.  those girls you talked to probably have never seen a circumcised p***s in their lives.  Once they do they sure change their tune. especially when they dont have to deal with the cheesy smell.  Get some information on circumcision.

  11. I would go for preputioplasy if I were you, sounds less invasive than a partial circumcision though I recommend you find out the details of each procedure. I don't recommend circumcision, but you seem to know already that's not a great idea. I guess go back to one or both urologist and ask them what the least invasive measure is. Honestly if your phimosis is only when you are erect though and you're still 15, it might just take more time to loosen up.

  12. I am sorry for your condition. But do as the Doctor tells you. If you are in a small town go to the big city for one day and ask a higher class doctor. Just Don't stray from what the doctor tells you to do! Ask him about it!

  13. First, I think its a little early to be thinking about circumcision entirely. You are only 15, a lot of guys find that after they pass through puberty completely the skin gets looser. A few years may be all you need for the problem to resolve itself. In the meantime, stretching exercises and/or steroid cream can help loosen it without any cutting at all.

If none of those work, you are correct, partial circumcision or preputioplasty are excellent options. You doctors probably haven't offered them because they don't perform alot of them. For some reason doctors tend to go the easiest route for THEM which is full circumcision. If you want a preputioplasty, you are within your rights to ask for one. If your doctors cannot perform the procedure, certainly ask for a referral to one who can. You are the one who will have to live with the results of whatever procedure you decide on, not the doctor. Its good that you've done some research, your next step is simply to bring up these alternatives with your doctor. :) -Neb

  14. Ask them - in fact they have a professional obligation to consider all options and give you as complete an answer as possible.  Better yet, find a real professional.  Many if not most cases can be treated with surgery short of complete circumcision - doctors prefer the latter option because it's much easier.  Most likely they're too lazy or lacking in skill to do a proper job - and you can tell them I said that.

  15. could step up the stretching, or use a different method, this may sound extreme but f******n restorers do similar things and they have had no problem getting enough skin, you could get a piece of foam like they use in shipping similar to memory foam material and cut it to the size to fit in the opening of the p***s and stretch it out, so basically if your opening is 1" wide , make the foam so it wants to expand to 2 in wide so it will expand all day long, you can put the foam in a condom so it's not abrasive

  16. I don't see why preputioplasty would not be an option.  Why don't you ask your doctors if you can have it?
