  1. no it is not. It is not fun to be claustrophobic but it is not concidered a disability.


  2. If you mean does it qualify as a disability for Special Education purposes the answer is no.  It is not recognized as a disability in the school setting.

    If you mean in general, then yes.  It is a disability if it negatively impacts your day to day life.  The positive side is that with therapy, it can be controled.

  5. It's not really a disability but a phobia. You can with the correct therapy overcome a phobia and get rid of it. With a disability you are usually stuck with it for life.

  6. Probably in extenuating circumstances. ie. you can't go out in public without feeling threatened or scared.
