The clubs are not too crowded during August, but it is the month that the Mexican people take their vacations....so there are plenty of people out.  Make sure you go to Coco Bongo, XX Bar, Margaritaville, Pat O'Briens, Dady O, and The City.  !!It is best to go with your hotel....they do an organized nightly club night and you get vip seats.  They take you to the club, put you in the VIP section....then the night belongs to you.  You get the best service this way.  Have Fun!!

not really, but Coco Bongo is the best club at cancun, and you will find a lot of people any time of the year, but don't worry in any season you will have fun at cancun
