I live in Romania, Cluj-Napoca is one the nicest cities to be in Romania. It is very safe and quite clean....

I'm romanian and I can tell you it's very good you're going to Cluj instead of Bucharest, the capital , for example, which is more dirty, expensive, crowded and ugly.
