I don't believe it would be exclusively Dutch.

I am not sure if you are referring to chocolate milk, chocolate shake or something entirely different?

yep, chocolate has been around for ages, but as one of the largest dairy producing countries (if not the largest) of the post medi-evul european empires/nations, the dutch were the first to mix chocolate with milk.
