  1. Room temp.

  2. Drinking really cold water has the same effect as eating ice cream, it cools the back of your throat, which then makes ur body think you are cooling down and so has a frelex action to heat you up, so you actually end up getting a bit hotter.

So its better to have room temperature water, plus at room temperature water is metabolised faster and so you body is able to use it much quicker!

  3. cold water.  helps lower your body temp. during really hot days.

  4. anything cold actually shrinks your stomach up... not in a good way.

  5. id say room temp for your body but drinking cold water probably makes you feel your quenching your thirst more

  6. depends on the health of the person...i woudnt give cold water to a sinus patient..

  7. Room temperature.

  8. room temp

Because if you drink ice cold water then, contrary to popular belief, your body has to work to warm it up so it can process it for rehydration of your body, therefore it takes longer to rehydrate.

Water does not cool the body because it is cold, it cools the body because it hydrates/rehydrates the body.
