A DUI is a crime. she got pregnant. and kept the kid. she took responsibility after the action.  i'm pretty sure she's allowed to get pregnant.

It happened, what is the parent suppose to do?  It is not the mothers fault, that her daughter came home pregnant. it was a act the daughter and boy friend committed on their own with no help from any one.

Do people think the mother and father should throw their daughter out of the house because she is pregnant?  Some parents do that.

My daughter came home pregnant at age 18, my husband  was in a panic not knowing what to do.

he said what do we do now, and I said get use to it there is a baby coming. and that was the end of it.   5 months later a baby came, that baby could not be loved any more than he is, by all of us.  My daughter did not get married to the baby's father.  She would live in misery as long as she was with the baby's father he was abusive and a heartless young man.  it has been 3 years now my daughter went back to school. and is now working on her masters.  Family support is what this girl needs and that is what her family is giving to her.  Her family should be congratulated for standing by her.

Where just saying that she is owning up to her "mistake" and is handling well!!!! she is not kill that baby that had nothing to do with anything her daughter did!!! unlike obama who said if his daughter had made a "mistake" he wouldnt want her to live with that "mistake". but yet ask obama's mama when she was 17 why didnt she get rid of her "mistake" oh wait is she would not have lived with her "mistake" obama would not be here!
