Is corfu (sidari) full of albanians? is it safe there generally?

im goin in at the end of july with a few mates n jus wunderin hw safe it is? its my first time abroad without parents so im already a lil scared. we goin sidari so its nt as mad as kavos but like r there loads of albanians there?? n whats the crime like? n what r the clubs like n stuff etc? any general info on sidari lol?x

a horribly racist question!! Corfu is lovely, and you can find the place in Corfu town where Edward Lear of the Owl and the Pussycat fame stayed when he was there. Coincidentally, Lear also travelled in Albania with an Albanian manservant and his  and painted the hills around Tirana. He went back to the UK and instructed Queen Victoria on how to paint.Today, I understand that Greece has bribed the Albanian government to discourage international tourism in Albania and not to develop the Albanian beaches. However, Albania welcomes Greek tourists so I suppose Greece should welcome those from Albania. I have always found Albanians to be courteous, charming and loyal. You are in no danger at all. The propaganda against Albanians in Greece and the racism in street grafitti is disgusting: do not believe it!

the clubs are fine, and in the south cater to tourists. Be careful because in the past foreign tourists were arrested for carousing too vigorously.

I've never been there, I just want to tell you not to equate Albanians with criminals. I don't know where you're from and what you've heard, but most Albanian immigrants are honest, hard-working people who do not cause trouble. So please don't post such questions.

I 've been to Sidari during high season and it's pretty safe. It is a place full of tourists and also l don't understand the discrimination for Albanians.

There are many many bars, clubs etc. It's a fully touristic place.

well don't worry i' ve asked a lot of people if it is safe there and they said that i souldn't be worring about that because

i'm going to have lots of fun!!
