  1. Any bread consumed in large quantity is , you can limit yourself to a couple slices a day but do not eat any other starch with it like potatoes, pasta, and rice.

  3. Anything made from corn is good for you,  Avoid white breads or breads that have chemicals in them to make them white.  Like wise with corn chips, corn tortillas.  Read the back of the label ingredients

  9. yes , but there is a way to enjoy eating it use wheat or unbleached cornmeal and google organic corn bread the receipt is great I've tried it myself from a vegan rest. and it 's off the hook!!!!!!!!

  14. it all depends on your planned in "cheat treat" for this week as to whether corn bread is "fattening" or not.

    Actually DIET is a very dirty 4-letter word denoting a period of starvation and deprivation. I really hate that word.

    Any good food plan for losing weight has built in "cheat treats" in it for each week. This maintains sanity and doesn't ever cause "THE GUILTS" ! A cheat treat is a food that makes you go back on your food plan without a guilty thought about cheating. Have just half the amount you would normally have.

    One block 2 x 4 x 2 inches is a serving of bread catagory. food.
