Corneal scar or opacity is either the result of healing of previous corneal ulcer or it is congenital (present since birth).

It can not be cured by drug treatment (scarring can't be reversed). The available surgical treatment option is- corneal transplant (Keratoplasty) There are different types which your ophthalmologist would be able to explain better.
