It certainly looks like dog food. Is it what they have left over and can it for people?

  1. Corned beef is just plain old beef that has been 'cured' in brine (salt water plus herbs) for a set period of time to preserve it.  A mainstay of sailors in the age of sails.  Drying or jerking beef was another method of preserving...but not as popular amongst sailors who often had lost a majority of their teeth by age 30.

Personally, I love Reubin sandwiches...corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut on rye bread and toasted to where the cheese melts.  No dog could get that away from me!!!

  2. maybe the stuff you eat. i love it.

  3. That's what it looks like. It tastes worst than it looks. If you want corned beef hash, best to make it homemade, with fresh potatoes and corned beef.

  4. No no baby, what was left over from the corned beef hash was canned for the dogs for later.

Fresh corned beef diced and made into hash with a few diced potatoes is so much better than the canned junk, either dog food or canned hash.

No, dog food is after the humans have finished eating from the pot!!
