Is cosmetic surgery a life saver or image makeover?

 I guess it is more of image make over. But not really a total make over but an enhancement to your appearance. But, strictly speaking it can also be a life saver, but I guess plastic surgery is more of that than cosmetic surgery.

i think that it depends on the person but u should find the answer yourself
