The reason you keep getting Costa Do Sauipe is because it is a resort near Salvador, Brazil.  Try wikitravel.com, lonelyplanet.com or Kayak.com among others.

Nah thats in South America. El Salvador is in Central America. Id check out Roya Decameron or Bahia Dorada Both are nice. One of my favorites is Atami beach club.
