for sure. Don't go to a broker they will charge you a lot.  Trust me all my friends are in real estate and they make good money.  Craigslist is best bet

any free classified ads is a good place to find apartments anywhere, course i used http://www.stumblehere.com to find my apartment and it turned out great you just gotta be careful.
