  1. Yes, it is full of anti-oxidants. Although there is usually alot of sugar in it. So like everything else the key is moderation.

  9. yes and no.  it is good to keep your urinary tract in good health (it is full of antioxidants) BUT it is FULL of sugar.  There are some brands that do not add sugar (they are usually organic brands).  You will notice that the less sugar juices are very tart.

The best is the most pure cranberry juice.  Look on the label and stick with what is called "juice' not 'drink'.  also, do not get the cran-apple or any other mixtures, just the real deal works the best.
