  1. It really depends on your needs and your skin type. Are you trying to hide imperfections which both---foundation and concealer can do or are you trying to hide dark circles around your eyes?  For the dark circles under your eyes, Avon has a concealer stick which isn't very expensive---this week it will be 99cents with purchase of a glimmerstick (eyeliner, brow definer or lip liner). Well anyway, just e-mail me and tell me what all you're planning to do and that way I can try to help to the best of my knowledge.

  2. Concealer and foundation are two different things, so you can do both.

The concealer you are talking about is either mark.'s Invisible Touch concealer which is a creme, or their Speedway Do Everything Makeup which is a creme foundation stick. They both work awesome to cover up imperfections.

Then top it with their Powder Buff powder foundation for a polished look.

  3. I would get the cream, sometimes the powder makes your skin look dry and it is alot more likely to get unevenly toned with powder.
