what effect creatine has on testosterone level or sperm count ???.

Creatine is nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle and nerve cells.  I am not thinking it will lower you sperm count, because, well it occurs naturally in your body!

Creatine is NOT a steroid.

Creatine has no effect on testosterone level or sperm count.

Creatine helps muscle recovery after working out (reduces soreness).  And it also helps maintain your pump by water retention.

Drink plenty of fluids when using creatine.

Creatine is natural.  It is found normally in many foods.
