  1. nothing can be achieved fast ! the best you can do is a good diet. specially Calcium via food ! and fruits for Vitamines. Stay off pills and chemical substances like creatine.

    this is for you

  2. Well first off there is no way to get big muscles fast. I can remember back to when I was 15, I was a lanky kid just like everyone else. Its not that you're not athletic or in good shape, its just your body has been giving the majority of its resources to growth and less to muscle development. You'll start to fill out on your own over the next few years as your height levels out. As for working out, I wouldn't overdo it or use any real supplements till at least 16-17. The reason being you're still growing elsewhere and you don't want to throw off the balance or injure yourself.

If you're bent on trying supplements anyways, creatine is relatively safe. Its basically muscle fuel. You wont get any stronger by taking it but it will allow you to lift weights harder, longer, and recover faster.

If I were you, (and I was and did at one point) do classic pushups, situps, crunches, jump rope, and possibly buy some free weights and workout at home. I did this and it helped me fill out some safely and easily at home. Eat right, and make sure you eat enough (higher protein, less sugar). You may laugh, but you are what you eat. Diet is half the equation.

  3. you can't get "big" or rather, visible muscles fast, it takes time.

you're only 15, you are still growing and shouldn't be worried about altering your physical appearance, especially if you might hurt yourself in the process.

stick to a healthy diet and lifestyle by eating properly and getting exercise. you can also buy weights anywhere and make that a hobbie. talk to a gym teacher once school starts for some tips.

  4. NO! this is dangerous to your kidneys!

you can't speed your body up or change your genetic make up! you can only do it the hard way: exercise and eating right. eat alot of protein.

  5. Yes creatine is perfectly safe for you to use.  But you sound like a beginner so it isn't really something you need at this point.  Just lift hard in the gym and eat ALOT of healthy food and get lots of sleep and you'll gain muscle like crazy. good luck!
