Is creloaded a good way to start an online store?

I have designed a few websites and am very comftorble with xhtml and css, I have even built a few stores using paypal buttons. what I have never done is gotten into php and mysql. I have a client who wants a store and wants to build a database of customers info. Someone recomended creloaded sites and I checked out their website...Has anyone worked with this? Will I be able to do this without php knowledge?
