  3. Absolutely and categorically not. Cricket in England is supported by a wide range of people of all ages. I would say that the spectators at major Test matches are getting younger though (that's just my personal opinion, it might not be the case).

  7. No, that is just the County Championship. The reason for that is because County Championship matches are played on week days, and so the only people who have the time (and the money) to go are older people.

    Test matches, ODI's, Twenty20 games, and the two limited overs competitions are widely followed by a broad spectrum of society and age groups.

    Just cast your mind back to the queues outside Old Trafford during the 2005 Ashes. They weren't exactly like the queues outside Northern Rock last year (all old folks); it was young people clammering to get in.
