Is crossfire car audio a good brand?

I bought a crossfire amp from a big liquidation sale and as soon as i hooked it all up and turned it on.. the amp caught fire...  i have been installing for about 7 years so i know what i was doin...

Kicker, Fosgate , JL audio are all sold at flea markets ,Ebay , and Craig's list (it's all the same thing) ,that doesn't mean that the brands are junk.

Crossfire is one of the more respectable manufactures in the business,

I have said this before if you don't know ,don't answer , you just end up sounding ignorant

i'll put it this way...Frankie Rio is sponsored by Crossfire and he is hitting 160 db with the vr2400d and 12 12" fi q's ported in a lexus. look him up on you tube and it'll show you...

As an entry level they are probably ok. I have seen them sold at the flea market here in town so I don't know how that boast  for them.  I would go with a main stream brand like Kicker, JL Audio, MTX, Memphis Audio, or Infinity.
