  1. when you let it out it realives all your stress and you feel better.no reason to hold it in like you are too filled with pride or something lol.

    like my grandmom said (too much pride can get you killed).

  3. I think crying is a pretty natural and effective way of cleansing oneself of all the strains and sorrows we face in our daily dealings in life. It's really therapeutic in that it helps you release most of the negative energy that's boiling inside of you. But I'm not for public displays of emotion (especially in times of weakness) because you may end up coming across as vulnerable and weak which may not necessarily be a good thing when you're in the company of strangers. I believe we should have reserves as to when, where and with whom we should feel free to be emotionally expressive.

  4. Crying is good when it genuine and helpful, when it turns into self pity and wallowing it's bad.  emotions must be dealt with but generally it take a lot less time than you think.  Cry, but then move on. I have a website you might find of use.
