Is curly hair in India considered beautiful?

I know that most Indians have straight hair, even if it isn't dead straight, its just a bit wavy. But is curly hair in India considered to be nice or horrible?

Depends; short and curly are considered to be awful where as a little longer hair with curl is totally cool ..
